Roger works by appointment only. This is because the vast majority of his work is visiting horses and dogs at their yard/home which can be anywhere in the UK primarily, although he is happy to treat animals abroad too. He cannot therefore guarantee being available for walk-in consultations, so please always contact Roger in advance to arrange an appointment.
Roger will see dogs at his home for treatment where there is insufficient work in an area to make a visit viable and/or when owners are happy to bring their dog to Roger at a mutually agreed time.
All Roger's work contact details can be found next to the map above. What3Words is the most accurate way to make sure you arrive in the right location if you are visiting Roger.
If you call to arrange an appointment but end up at Roger's voicemail please leave a brief message starting with your name and phone number, followed by any other information. Roger will always get back to you when he can, but please bear in mind he may be in a rural area with poor phone reception, or may be busy treating a number of horses at the same yard. There may be a delay in getting back to you especially if Roger is abroad. You can text and/or email if you prefer. Roger can also be found on Signal and Telegram, or via Facebook Messenger.
If you have an emergency please contact your usual vet in the first instance without delay. We can always discuss treatment options once the emergency has been stabilised.
If you have any questions that you think may need a more considered and/or researched response you can use the Contact Form and/or email.
Thank you for your interest.
